Before we ever swing a hammer or pour a slab, we start with one of the most important parts of the process - the site visit. This is where your dream begins to take shape. 

A site visit is where your homebuilding journey truly begins. It’s a walk-through of your property with our eyes and experience on your side. We come out to your land, boots on the ground, and help you visualize the possibilities (and identify the limitations) before any work begins. Whether you're just getting started or already have plans in mind, this step helps us understand your vision and your land’s unique potential.

Here’s what we cover during a site visit:

• Home Placement & Sizing
  • We help you determine what size of home makes the most sense for your lot, your goals, and your budget.
• Property Layout
  • We'll walk the entire property to review how your house could sit on the land—considering things like access, views, privacy, and orientation for natural light.
• Soil Type & Drainage
  • We look at the soil conditions, slope, and drainage to identify what's workable, what needs improvement, and how to design for long-term stability.
• Water Features, Ponds & Elevation
  • Got a pond? Thinking of adding one? We’ll help assess the feasibility and impact on the layout and drainage plan.
• What’s Possible (and What’s Not)
  • Not everything is buildable—and that’s okay. We'll give you honest, practical guidance so you can move forward with confidence.
