Warranty Coverage

Every JB Crawford project is backed by our comprehensive warranty, which includes:

• 1-Year Workmanship Warranty: Covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for finishes and systems installed.
• 2-Year Systems Warranty: Covers plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems installed by our in-house teams.
• 10-Year Structural Warranty: Covers major structural components such as foundations and framing.

Additional manufacturer warranties may apply to certain appliances, fixtures, and systems, and we will provide all relevant documentation at project completion.

How to Submit a Warranty Request

You have two easy ways to submit a warranty claim:

1. Through the CoConstruct App: Log into your CoConstruct portal by clicking HERE and submit a warranty request directly. This helps us track your service item efficiently and respond quickly.
2. By Email: Send your request to jake@jbccnac.com. Be sure to include your name, project address, a brief description of the issue, and any photos if available. A team member will reach out within 1 business day to schedule an inspection or service visit.
